Step 1: Sit down with a consultant
Free consultation at our office or on WhatsApp. We assess your case honestly, name a realistic timeline, and hand you an exact document checklist.
Step 2: We build the file
Bring your documents and we do the rest — forms filled, gaps flagged, translations arranged. Nothing goes out until it passes a second pair of eyes.
Step 3: Submission and tracking
We submit to the embassy or VFS, book your biometrics, and track the file. You hear from us at every stage — not the other way around.
Step 4: Decision and handover
When the passport returns, we verify every visa detail against your travel plan before handover, then brief you on what to carry when you fly.

How much do your services cost?
It depends on the service and destination, so we quote in writing before any work starts — embassy or VFS fees on one line, our service charge on another. The consultation itself is free, and the quoted number does not change midway.
How long does visa processing take?
Realistic ranges, not best cases: medical visas for India usually run 3–7 working days, tourist visas 5–15 working days depending on the destination, and business or family visit visas 5–20 working days by country. We tell you the honest timeline on day one and plan backwards from your travel date.
Do you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No — and no honest agency can. Every visa decision belongs to the embassy alone. What we control is the file: complete documents, consistent answers, correct submission and follow-up. In our experience, that is most of the battle.
What happens to my money if the visa is refused?
Straight answer: embassy and VFS fees are non-refundable by any agency, because the embassy keeps them either way. Our service charge covers work already done on your file. What we add at no cost is a review of the refusal letter and honest advice on whether reapplying makes sense.
Can you collect documents from my home or office?
Yes. Within Chattogram we offer document pickup for a small courier fee, and clients outside Chattogram can send papers by S.A. Paribahan or Sundarban Courier to our WASA Circle office. Original passports should be handed over in person or by a trusted carrier — we will receipt them on the spot.
Do I need an appointment, or can I just walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome Saturday through Thursday, 10 AM to 7 PM. Booking a slot through the website or WhatsApp guarantees a consultant is free and your case gets uninterrupted time — useful for refusal cases and complicated medical files.
How can I pay?
Cash or card at the office, bank transfer, bKash or Nagad. Every payment gets a printed or emailed receipt. One caution from us: never pay any visa fee into a personal mobile-banking number — legitimate fees go to an agency or VFS account, always with a receipt.
