Our story
From two desks to a full office at WASA Circle
St Travels opened in 2020 with two desks, one printer and a single conviction: a visa file is not paperwork, it is a family’s plan resting on someone else’s diligence. Our first client was a retired schoolteacher who needed a medical visa for treatment in Chennai. His file went in complete, came back approved, and he told three neighbours. That has been our marketing strategy ever since.
Over thousands of files we learned the unglamorous truth of this trade: most refusals are not bad luck, they are bad paperwork. So we built and kept live checklists for every embassy and VFS centre we work with, said no to shortcuts and approval-promising sales talk, and put a named consultant on every file. The work got slower and the outcomes got better.
Today St Travels runs from a full office at WASA Circle, Chattogram, with a team handling tourist, medical, business and family visit visas, air ticketing, hotel desks and hospital appointments abroad. The habits have not changed since the two-desk days: tell clients the truth about their chances, put every fee in writing, and answer the phone — including after the file is submitted.
