Frequently asked questions
Is the consultation actually free?
The first assessment is — at the office or on WhatsApp, no conditions. Deep reviews, such as a refusal case with a full document audit, carry a stated fee that you hear before we start. If you then file the application through us, that fee is adjusted against the service charge.
Will you really tell me if my case is weak?
Yes — in the first meeting, in plain words. We would rather lose a fee than file an application we do not believe in, because a refusal on your record costs you more than it costs us. Weak today does not mean weak forever; we will tell you what six months of preparation changes.
I have been refused twice. Is there any point consulting again?
That is exactly when a consultation earns its keep. Two refusals usually share a root cause — inconsistent funds, weak ties, a story the documents do not support — and repeating the file guarantees a third. We read the refusal letters the way the officer did and tell you honestly whether the cause is fixable.
If I take the consultation, am I obliged to use St Travels for the visa?
No. You leave with a written summary of what to fix and you are free to act on it anywhere, including on your own. Plenty of people do — and a good number come back for the filing because the checklist made the work visible. Either way, the advice is yours.
Can a consultation guarantee my visa will be approved?
No — and walk away from anyone who says otherwise. Every visa decision belongs to the embassy alone. What a consultation does is remove the failures you can control: missing papers, contradictions, wrong visa category, bad timing. In our experience, that is most of the battle.
