Frequently asked questions

How do you decide which hospital is right for my condition?

From the reports, not the brochures. Send us what you have and we match the case to departments we know — cardiac and oncology cases often point to Apollo or Fortis, complex diagnostics to CMC Vellore, and patients wanting Bangkok or Singapore to Bumrungrad or Mount Elizabeth. Where it is close, we request opinions from two hospitals and let you compare.

Can I talk to the doctor before deciding to travel?

Often, yes. Partner hospitals offer paid telemedicine consultations where a specialist reviews your reports over video. It is the single best way to learn whether travel is worth it — some patients discover the treatment exists in Dhaka, and we consider that a good outcome too.

What if my visa is not ready by the appointment date?

We plan for exactly this. The appointment is dated after a realistic visa window, not an optimistic one, and if processing still overruns, we reschedule with the hospital at no charge. Hospitals handling international patients do this daily — the letter is reissued with new dates for the visa file.

How do I know the treatment cost in advance?

We request a written estimate from the hospital’s international patient desk, issued in the hospital’s name, before you travel. It covers the expected procedure, room category and length of stay. Final bills can move if the clinical picture changes, but you will never be guessing from hearsay.

Do I need the appointment letter before applying for the medical visa?

Yes — it anchors the whole file. The medical visa application is built around a named hospital, a named patient and a date. That is why we issue the letter first and then move the visa file, usually within the same week, through our medical visa desk.

Send the reports. We will find the doctor.

Share your reports on WhatsApp and a consultant will come back with hospital options and realistic dates within days.
